Meet in the Rubin Lobby, 1st Floor
Brooklyn Afternoons invites individuals with memory loss and their care partners to explore the Brooklyn Museum when it is closed to the general public. Each program provides an opportunity to enjoy conversation, works of art, and each other's company. Gallery exploration is guided by an Access Teaching Artist who leads examination and conversation about the Museum's collection.The program begins and concludes in the Rubin Lobby, where light refreshments are served following the tour. FM assistive listening devices and wheelchairs are available, first come first served.
