Event description

Description

Join us for a performance by the acclaimed Bronx Opera Company, featuring arias and duets from classic operas as well as classic American ballads.

The Bronx Opera Company (BxO) is the only opera company in NYC (other than the Met) to have produced each year since we were founded in 1967. BxO’s mission is to present operas as fully integrated works of musical theater set to great music by great composers and to broaden the audience for our art form.

The Huntington Free Library is a privately endowed not-for-profit institution. The library is governed by a Board of Trustees, and is entirely staffed by volunteers.. Our 125 year mission as stated by our founder, Collis P. Huntington "Is to provide a space for learning and amusement for young and old and for all races, colors and creeds".
