Broga - Men's Only Yoga Workshop

This is a men’s ONLY Yoga Workshop desigined just for men by men! If you feel intimidated coming in to a Yoga class this workshop/class will help you to feel more comfortable in a public class.
Thinking you’re not flexible enough for yoga? That’s okay many of the other blokes in yoga aren’t either.
Here are just some reasons WHY men should do YOGA:
1. Most men are tight in the neck and shoulders which can lead to head aches and feelings of stressed.
2. Men are generally tight in the hips which can contribute to back pain.
3. You are also usually tight in the hamstrings and glutes which can also cause lower back pain.
Here are just some of the BENEFITS from YOGA:
1. Yoga helps increase flexibility. So, if you were already thinking ‘I can’t do yoga because I’m not flexible enough’, that’s kinda the point!
2. Yoga also helps strengthen your muscles which support your joints and your spine. (You’re probably already really strong being a guy so this is an added bonus)
3. Yoga helps improve athletic performance!! Maybe you play soccer, football or just like to go for a run every now and again. okay once a month. Yoga will help!!
