Calling all Creative Founders and Digital Doers in Bristol!

Join us for a relaxed brunch to talk all things creative and digital. This is going to be a regular get-together of likeminded creatives, hosted by Helena Traill and a guest! After a great 2 years of co-hosting a roundtable dinner for Founders in London, Helena is now based in Bristol and wants to get together with local creatives. Here is what to expect:

  • Up to 12 creatives & founders
  • One key theme per brunch – this time: Operations!
  • Fun, informal games + prompts to get the convo flowing
  • Real talk about the wins, fails, and fix-it-fast tips we all need
  • A possibility of a WhatsApp group for ongoing support

So… Whether you’re scaling a design studio, building or working at a digital agency, or freelancing with big ambitions – this is your space to chat, share stories, and troubleshoot together.

Theme
Each event, there is a theme. To start with: Operations. The purpose of the theme is to focus the conversation, so you go away having with some new knowledge.

Why Operations?
Learning how to leverage the right tools, automations, and ways of working can unlock time. When you understand the operations of your business, you understand your margins, your bottom line, and where overservicing might be silently eating away at profit, or maybe you’ve had a project that came in wildly under the estimate, or you’re constantly questioning whether you’re delivering more than you scoped, solid ops data is what turns those hunches into decisions. And if you’re a startup looking to increase velocity and push forward your highest-value work, that acceleration almost always comes back to how you operate - this is usually where ops becomes a growth engine.

Hosted by
Emily Smith – Head of Operations at Adapt Digital (simplify work through process design and automation).
Helena Traill – Creative Director and Founder of nooh Studio (design studio, specialising in co-design for social impact).

How?
