Dan Janssen is owner and operator of the Rub Bar-B-Que and a graduate of the Culinary Instute of America. His BBQ team took five awards at the American Royal in 2013, and took first place in Whole Animal at the Great Lenexa BBQ in 2013. He teaches classes on BBQ at his restaurant in Olathe Kansas.
