Before you rush into new goals (and risk repeating old patterns), take a meaningful pause to look back, learn, and reset.
Join Anna Irani — leadership development and positive psychology practitioner and coach — on Zoom for an energizing and reflective 90-minute session to help you close out 2025 with clarity, insight, and intention.
Anna is currently writing a chapter on habit change for The Flourishing Center’s Collective Book Project — a global collaboration of positive psychology practitioners, each contributing a chapter on a unique aspect of human flourishing. Her chapter, to be published by Flourishing Center Press and launching on World Happiness Day (March 20, 2026), explores how small, intentional actions — grounded in the science of habit formation and positive psychology — create lasting transformation.
Drawing from that research and her expertise in workshop design and facilitation, Anna will help you apply these insights to your own life in meaningful, practical ways.
This is Part 1 of a two-part series (though you can attend it on its own).
Through science-backed tools and strategies inspired by Atomic Habits by James Clear and the principles of positive psychology, you’ll uncover the stories behind your daily patterns — how your habits shaped your experiences this year, what they reveal about your values and desires, and how to use those insights to design what’s next.
You’ll leave seeing your habits in a whole new way — not as “good” or “bad,” but as powerful data about who you are and what matters most. Expect aha moments, guided reflection, and practical takeaways to help you focus your energy where it counts most in 2026.
