Bridging the Cross-Cultural Communication Gap (SIHRMA Holiday Meeting)
This session will help you to identify and bridge cross-cultural communication gaps that can derail your communication in your professional role… and beyond. Family and friends are welcome to attend this great event!
In the 21-century all jobs are becoming ever more cross-cultural. Yet so often the meaning of the messages, feedback, and performance reviews get lost in translation due to cross cultural miscommunication gaps that result in reduced productivity, increased turnover and failure to execute on projects.
