Corporate programs targeting diversity in the workplace are increasingly common, yet data show that Bay Area business has a long way to go to achieve full inclusion.

Networking over coffee and breakfast will begin at 7:30 am and Mandela Schumacher-Hodge Dixon, Founder & CEO Founder Gym has generously volunteered to moderate our hour-long panel discussion from 8:30 am.

Confirmed panelists include: Marlon Evans, CEO of Nex3 and Martha Hernandez, Founder & CEO of MadeBOS.

Our goal is to discuss programs that build bridges and consensus among different groups representing diverse interests for increased social capital, cultural contributions, and ultimately, bottom line results.
