Classes will be held from 6:00pm-7:30pm.
ABOUT THIS COURSE
- Moms who register for this set of classes, are committed to attend all 4 classes.
- Instructor, Melanie Coley, BSN, RNC-OB has specialized in labor and delivery for six years and is able to equip you for a successful childbirth journey.
- Bring your support partner if possible.
- Participants will receive a certificate and a gift upon completion of the class.

JANUARY TOPICS AND DATES
- Labor and Delivery (January 6th)—Learn relaxation techniques to help you remain calm and focused. Education about natural vs. medicated vaginal delivery and facts about Cesarean Section
- Breastfeeding (January 13th)—Tips for positioning, latching on techniques and problem solving
- Baby Care & Safety (January 20th)—This class provides the basics of baby care and newborn safety.
- Postpartum Care (January 27th)—Information on the physical and emotional changes that take place after delivery, including postpartum depression
