Bridges, A Framework for Tier 2 Behavioral Supports
Within a multi– tiered system of supports, Tier 2 serves as a “bridge” between the foundational teaching of behavior expectations for all students at the Tier 1 level and the intensive and individualized interventions at Tier 3. The Bridges Tier 2 framework includes targeted instruction to supplement the school-wide behavioral curriculum. Three essential interventions are established and continuously available throughout the year as students demonstrate need. These interventions are designed in a manner that allows for rapid implementation, ensuring the time between student identification and participation is as short as possible. If a student requires Tier 3 level of support in the future, the data gathered from Tier 2 interventions informs and guides the plan for individualized instruction.
This training session is a one day refresher for campuses and districts with current implementation, sutable for administrators, teachers, and new members to the Bridges campus team.
Included is a one-day comprehensive training, training manual, social skills curriculum, and electronic resources.
