Please Note: All General Admission Tickets are good for 1 entry during one 2.5hr session. The exhibition will be closed 12:30-1:00pm for additional cleaning.

Due to capacity limitations related to COVID-19 patrons of all ages must have a ticket.

Patrons over the age of 5 must wear a properly fitting mask over both nose and mouth while inside the exhibit. Patrons between the ages of 2 and 5 are strongly encouraged to wear a mask.

Will Masks be required while inside BrickCon?

Yes, properly fitting masks are required and a condition for entry for all persons over the age of 5. Masks are strongly recommended for children between the ages of 2 and 5. Removal of masks or improper wear while inside the venue is grounds for immediate expulsion from the event without refund.

Can I wear a gaiter or bandanna?

No. We will provide you with an acceptable mask if you do not have one.

Why are there two times on my ticket?

The times on your ticket indicate the start and end times for the timeblock you will be allowed to be inside of BrickCon.

If I have a ticket for Saturday, can I come instead on Sunday?

No. Tickets are only valid for the timeblock and day shown on your ticket.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable to another timeblock?

Yes, if there is availability you can either swap the tickets in eventbrite or request a refund.

What can/can't I bring to the event?

Cameras are welcome!

Strollers are not allowed inside the venue. Please park your stroller in the stroller corral outside the entry. BrickCon is not responsible for personal items left inside the stroller corral.

Please do not bring your own LEGO® creations.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

You can either bring a printed ticket or an electronic ticket on your phone.

Does the name on the registration/ticket have to match the attendee?

Yes, each ticket holder must agree to COVID safety requirements.

Can I buy tickets at the door?

There will be no physical ticket booth at BrickCon. Tickets will only be sold online and can be purchased via your mobile device anywhere, even while you are standing outside the door if they are still available.

Are virtual tickets like last year’s available?

We are not providing a virtual public event this year.

Why did ticket prices go up this year?

Because of extremely limited capacity due to current regulations, BrickCon is only offering a third of the tickets compared to the past. That in combination with complications and safety protocols due to the pandemic necessitated a price increase for this year.

Will food be available at BrickCon?

Food will not be available this year inside BrickCon, though the Seattle Center and surrounding area have many options.

Where can I contact the organizer with any questions?

You can contact the organizers at tickets@brickcon.org
