Join us at the Pine Street Brewery for the third and final installment of the Zero Gravity Brewed for Food Beer Dinner Series. This three-part series features Master Chefs Frank Pace (The Great Northern & Frank Pace Catering) and Jon Morin (American Flatbread Burlington) joining forces to create a five course beer dinner in collaboration with Zero Gravity Head Brewers Paul Sayler and Destiny Saxon.
Each course is being crafted by the two Chefs specifically for the beer it is being paired with, and prior to each course there will be an explanation of the dish, the beer style and the reason for the pairing. Additionally, Andrew LeStourgeon, Head Pastry Chef and Owner of Monarch & The Milkweed, will be preparing dessert. There are a limited number of tickets available and the first dinner sold out in just a few days, so be sure to act quick.
