Join Patrick Felker at Brenton Point State Park as he and other participants search for overwintering sea ducks and sparrows. Brenton Point is home to a variety of wintering sea ducks such as Common Eider, all three expected scoter species, Harlequin Duck, and both Common and Red-throated Loons. Purple Sandpipers are possible as well along the rocky shore. The interior part of Brenton Point provides lots of habitat for wintering sparrows and can be a good place to look when trying to find a vagrant sparrow.

Parking at Brenton Point State Park is free and we will meet in the part of the parking lot that is closest to the large orange building where the bathrooms are located (41.450109, -71.354050).
