Breathwork is a tool to meet ourselves more gently. We live so much of our day operating in our minds, which can create a lot of elaborate, scary, overwhelming stories. The breath is a powerful guide back into our bodies. Back to our core. Back to our true essence. Returning to our hearts.
During this virtual time together, Bryan Piatt will guide you through a three-part active breathing technique with powerful mental, emotional & physical benefits. The practice is done laying down. What you'll need:
