Breathing space: A regenerative approach to designing places

Exhibition overview:

Like many cities around the world, Hong Kong is facing a pivotal, exciting and challenging moment as it starts to emerge from the pandemic. As we collectively reflect on the past few years, we know that people’s habits and desires have changed and that they’re craving different types of spaces to work, rest and socialise.

We invite you in to our Hong Kong studio to explore our exhibition in which we look at the role that green, public and third spaces play in transformative urban regeneration and social sustainability and how these spaces – from pocket parks to precincts – can have cumulative positive effects for a city.

Covid-19 requirements: All guests to register their attendance at reception in the studio (name, time of arrival, telephone number) and do a temperature check. Guests are required to wear a mask in the studio at all times.

如同世界上的其他城市，香港正經歷著令人興奮卻充滿挑戰的重要時刻，因為疫情陰霾正逐漸消散，城市活力也在逐步恢復。反思疫情爆發以來的這幾年，我們發現人們的習慣和願望都發生了變化，愈發期待不同類型的辦公、休息和社交空間出現在他們的工作和生活之中。

我們誠邀您蒞臨Hassell香港事務所參展。我們的展覽將聚焦綠色、公共和第三空間在城市更新改造和社會可持續發展中發揮的作用，探索從口袋公園到大尺度片區等空間對城市所累積的益處。
