A trauma-informed workshop designed to give you the tools, space, and support to shift from freeze to flow, so you leave feeling capable, grounded, and ready to move forward.

STACEY is a coach and facilitator who supports people in breaking free from procrastination and self-doubt.

Having experienced the cycle of unmet goals herself, she now shares tools like meditation and EFT (Tapping) to help others release guilt, take action, and move forward with compassion.

Her mission is simple, to remind you that procrastination doesn’t define you and that your next chapter starts whenever you decide it.

LAUREN is a trauma-informed Breathwork Facilitator andspace holder who helps people release limiting beliefsand old stories that keep them stuck.

After navigating her own journey with self-worth andsocietal narratives around disability, she discovered thepower of somatic healing.

Now, through her 1:1 work and workshops, she guides others to move from survival into clarity, confidence, and authentic personal power
