Breathe & Reboot - An Evening of Mindfulness!

It’ time to clear our minds and create some balance.
We live in a very vibrant, high energy city. There is always something to do, people everywhere and work that has to be done. Finding time to relax can be difficult but the importance and health benefits of relaxing our body and mind are huge.
Connecting with ourselves in stillness creates awareness and peace. It is an opportunity to let go of stresses and worries and become centered and calm.
Please join us as I lead you through a relaxing, inspiring evening of mindful conversation, meditation and tea. Let’s put our phone and to-do list down so we can Breathe & Reboot.
Feel free to bring a yoga mat, blanket or pillow to sit on or we have chairs (whatever you feel comfortable sitting on).
No meditation experience is needed, all are welcome.
