Group Breathwork and Sound Meditation, facilitated online by Terra Naomi.

We begin with 20 minutes of Breathwork, followed by a long, restorative Sound Meditation with voice and harmonic instruments.  

Just a few of the benefits of Breathwork and Sound Meditation include:

Setup: You’ll want to set up a peaceful, quiet space, like a yoga mat, sofa, or your bed. I recommend the following:

* headphones or AirPods

* eye mask

* pillow

* blanket

* glass of water

* notebook for any notes you might want to make after the meditation

Exchange: My groups are donation based and sliding scale. Suggested donation for group meditation is $25 for a 90 minute session, however all are welcome, at any donation level!

Zoom: Login and password info will be sent to you at least one day before the scheduled session. I suggest logging in to the Zoom session 5-10 minutes ahead of time, in case you experience any tech issues. If it's your first time using Zoom, you will need to download the app. We will begin promptly at 5:05pm PDT. I will not admit anyone into the session past 5:10pm.

Medical conditions: Breathwork and sound mediation can (and often do) trigger deep emotional releases and physical responses. While working with the breath will increase the oxygen levels in your blood, this is not holotropic breathing, we are not hyperventilating. That said, you are responsible for your own safety, and it is up to you to check with your medical doctor or practitioner, if you have any concerns about engaging in meditation or breathwork. 

I would encourage anyone who is pregnant, or under the care of a doctor or other healthcare provider, physical or mental, to check in with that person. This work is gentle enough for most folks -- you control the pace of the breathing and you determine what is comfortable, but please check with your doctor if you have any concerns. 

Recording: If you cannot attend the group at scheduled time, you can still participate -- just sign up, let me know that you are unable to attend in person, and I will send the recording to you, the day after your scheduled group.
