Held in our beautiful top-floor space overlooking the sparkling St Leonards shoreline, this full-day retreat blends energising movement, conscious breath, creativity, and calm. Yes of course, and in fact most people come to our retreats by themselves. These types of retreat are designed to give you the space and time you need for yourself. Throughout the day our guests get to know each other and form connections. Nothing is forced - it is your day!
Whilst our retreats are "yoga inspired", and we we offer yoga sessions as part of the retreat, many people who attend have limited or no yoga experience, whilst some practice regularly. Our instructors will guide students at all levels through their yoga practice.
Breathwork sessions, journaling, vision boarding, two yoga classes, sea walk, nourishing lunch and herbal teas and snacks throughout the day.
We are a 10 minute walk from St Leonards Warrior Square Station which is served by trains from stations including Charing Cross, Waterloo East, London Bridge and Victoria. Trains take approx 90 mins. There are also trains direct from East Croydon, Gatwick, Brighton, Sevenoaks and others.
Yes there is free on-street parking within a few minutes walk of the retreat space.
Yes, we have a special rate agreed with The Bank Hotel (subject to room availability) and can a lso provide recommendations locally for all budgets.
