My Breathe Easy workshop is happening in The Salt Cave Minneapolis on December 10th at 9:50am! Come join me for a 50 minute guided tour through how to breathe fully and how to develop your own mindful breathing practice. The soothing pink glow of the salt cave and the healing benefits of halotherapy will enhance our practice. This experience is limited to 10 participants.
Please mark your calendars for a 9:50am start time and please arrive at 9:50am on December 10th. This will give us relaxed transition time to get settled in the space so that you will have the most time in the salt cave. If the front door is locked when you arrive at 9:50am, it will be opened shortly after. We will begin our session at 10am. Please dress in layers to ensure your comfort, as you will likely feel cooler as your body moves more deeply into relaxation. We will be sitting on the floor, so plan your clothing for comfort in that regard, too. There will be time for questions as well as time to browse the salt cave shop afterward. If you have been thinking of buying a beautiful pink salt lamp for your home or office, they have a reasonably priced, lovely selection. I will also have softcover copies of Breathe Easy: mindful breathing made simple available for purchase at this time. You can follow the links below to buy your copy ahead of time, if you would like to read up prior to attending (not necessary, but you may find this helpful). If you have any questions leading up to this event, please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org (subject Breathe Easy Workshop) or 612.321.6913. Cost is $35 per participant - plus EventBrite processing fees.
