Find happiness with Nicola and Emily through this yoga and meditation beginners' workshop!

This beginners’ yoga workshop teaches you the little points you don’t have time to pick up in class: understand the anatomy and alignment behind the core Vinyasa poses, learn the secrets to a successful meditation practice and uncover how you can use breath techniques to reduce stress.

Join Nicola and Emily on Sunday 17th September for a 4hr workshop into yoga, breath and mediation

The workshop includes:

Vinyasa Flow Class

· 60 min beginners vinyasa class with Emily

Breakfast

· Nutritious vegan, gluten-free but DELICIOUS breakfast

Yoga Anatomy for Beginners

· An introduction to the foundations of downdog, plank, warrior I and mountain pose

Pranayama and Meditation

· Learn the benefits of yogic breathing techniques and enjoy a guided meditation session with Nicola

Nutrition Workshop

· Make some yummy, healthy treats to take home
