Breath, health, flexibility, learn to control your autonomic nervous system
Sat, November 19, 2016, 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM AEST
Our birthright, according to Wim Hof, the Iceman is to be strong, healthy, happy and even more flexible. Thanks to Wim, the medicinal literature has been changed to the groundbreaking conclusion that it is indeed possible to “take control of your autonomic nervous system”! Did you know that your autonomic nervous system includes your hormonal, immune and nervous system. These are the big guns in your body, the ones that you want to get to know and have in order! Imagine that you could learn how to control and positively influence these systems! This would mean that you could be healthier, happier and in charge! It does take some work though, and commitment…. And also takes…. Facing your fears! These are big implications, to our mental and physical health. This is what I came to learn and what I will be sharing with you. These are not just empty words, but Wim Hof the Ice Man, has proven himself over and over again! This is why he holds over 26 world records! He has even proven to the scientific community that it is possible to expel e-coli (!) bacteria out of your body within half an hour! The same bacteria was actually also used on the control group, and it resulted in many of them falling sick because of it. He has been submerged for 1 hour 52 minutes in 200 kg of ice without his core temperature changing, ran a marathon on the dessert with no water and climbed Mount Kilimanjaro only in his shorts in record time. He has a strong, fit body, says things as they are real. He achieves all of this by using the ability to utilize his breath! I spent an amazing 5 days learning and experiencing this easy but profound technique.
I would like to share with you some of the things I have learned at an evening of breath, sound and healing. I will be sharing Wim’s basics method of breathing that will give you a calmer mind, a more flexible body and a new tool to control your autoimmune system
