A Heart-Centred Soulful Sunday Reset
This is your invitation to slow down, breathe deep, and come back home to your body.
Join me for a deeply nourishing experience blending gentle meditative breathwork, nourishing yin yoga, and a soulful closing meditation to help you melt stress, regulate your nervous system, and create space to restore your body, mind, and spirit.
You’ll be guided through:
🌬 Gentle Breathwork to ground and reconnect with presence
🧘🏽♀️ Yin Yoga to release tension, invite deep relaxation, and create space in the body and mind
🕊 Heart-Centered Meditation to cultivate self-love, softness, and inner peace.
We’ll move through supported poses, breathwork, and guided rest—creating space for stillness, softness, and inner calm. We'll end the class with a short guided meditation to connect with gratitude and self-love.
✨ No experience needed. Come as you are. Leave feeling lighter.
Yin Yoga is a slow-paced, meditative practice that targets the deeper connective tissues of the body, such as ligaments, joints, and fascia. Unlike more dynamic yoga styles, Yin involves holding passive poses for extended periods (typically 3–5 minutes) to gently stretch and open the body. This allows for improved flexibility, enhanced circulation, and the release of deeply held tension. Yin Yoga also encourages mindfulness and self-awareness, making it a perfect practice for cultivating inner stillness and relaxation.
This class is suitable for all levels. Mats will be available or you may bring your own if you wish.
What to bring:
