This online class has been lengthened to four hours to fit more content into two separate sessions: March 23rd (6pm-8pm) and March 26th (6pm-8pm). You don't even have to leave your couch to participate! Be sure you can attend both parts of the class before registering.
You've spent so much time preparing for the birth of your baby. Now is the time to prepare for the postpartum time as well! Minnesota Birth Center's breastfeeding class gives expectant parents all the tools and resources they need to get off to a great start breastfeeding—well informed and well supported. The course will cover the basics of breastfeeding—including how to identify a good latch, the most comfortable and effective ways to feed your baby, how to know your baby is "getting enough," and practical strategies to work through the most common breastfeeding challenges.
This course is offered at a discounted rate to clients with Medical Assistance. Please choose the appropriate option if you have MA. The cost covers admission for two people. We highly recommend that you attend with your partner or a support person.
