The Allina Health Cancer Institute Piper Breast Center in conjunction with Consulting Radiologists Ltd. plan each year this one-day Breast Health Conference with specialists from multiple fields presenting information about current breast health and the care of patients.
Breast cancer represents a complicated family of diseases for which detection, diagnosis, and multimodal management strategies are continually evolving. Our 2023 planning committee collaborated to provide deeper knowledge and bring together experts to discuss enhanced recovery mastectomies, infection, the latest breast pathology/oncology/radiology updates, the transgender patient screening, host culture, compression, the role of the social work and proper oncology nutrition is being brought back by popular demand.
