About this Event

DURING THE LAUNCH WEEK Eventbrite will send a link at 9am for the next day's program. If this message goes to JUNK - use this page link each day:

Look for the gold button and pink arrows.

For many breast cancer survivors, side effects after treatment may not resolve with time alone. It is natural to think that the body will get better, and then after enough time has passed, you think "this is my new normal".

However amazing clinicians across the world chose to think differently: they have been working on adapting interventions to suit breast cancer survivor's recovery needs.

Unfortunately, there is no gold standard recovery pathway in most communities. Research recognizes that we have not got cancer rehab right yet, and this is common across the world . Hence we need to share what is known; globally.

By sharing research, clinical experiences and opinons we can create the connections and conversations required for moving forward: for breast cancer survivors, family members and health professionals.

The 4th BCR&W Summit will launch over 7 days, starting December1st. Each day you will receive a link to the webpage, where you will have a choice of video presentations. You have an opportunity to connect with the experts by leaving comments (Youtube) or connect with them at their website.

After the launch, the Summit will be available for purchase or can be viewed at sponsor websites over the comming year. This means that you can view great information without booking travel or accomodation.

You will be wowed by the solutions and the passion behind the therapists and researchers who have volunteered to share their information through this Summit.

Last year we had: Angela, a skin specialist from Italy, Laura, an Italian physical therapist spoke about cupping mastectomy scars and Jo, an Australian rehab counsellor told us how managing fatigue is not as simple as pushing through. Kiti, a physical therapist from the Bahamas , gave inspirad examples for foot pain. Watch these videos below.

Check out last years previews (2-3 min each) at the website. They may just offer you a new solution to consider, right now

Summit Sponsors: Each of the presenters+ Denise Stewart. This is a private initiative.

AFTER YOU REGISTER save my email address in your contacts so your Eventbrite reminders in December might not go to your spam bin:
