Rena Callahan, MD, UCLA Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine, oncologist, and researcher presents the newest information on breast cancer treatment, and how it has evolved to include refined molecular testing to better guide treatment. Breast cancer is not one disease; each patient deserves and should have a personalized treatment plan. She presents different treatments such as endocrine therapy, chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and the latest targeted therapies to provide patients and families with the most current knowledge and understanding of how new treatment paradigms have evolved, thus ensuring they have the most current and effective treatment plans.
