Event description

Description

Breakout Performance - learn 9 critical actions to break out of your plateau and catalyze high performance, growth or tranformation.

Get ready for an excellent 2018 with this immersive workshop that will change the outcomes of your efforts. By focusing on the three cornerstones of sustainable high performance, and three key actions to build each cornerstone, you leave the workshop with nine tools that will help you create the outcomes you want. You'll start applying these tools to your own situation right in the workshop and leave with a customized plan for your breakout performance.

No PowerPoints, projectors, videos or other electronic distractions... this seminar is 100% organic, interactive, and personal. Our fast-paced workshop includes dialog and 'on demand' Q&A with the instructor, Paul Stavrand. Paul has over two decades of leading transformations, managing high performance teams, strategizing growth, consulting with senior leaders and training people at all career stages. He also has an undergrad degree from Cornell University and MBA from Columbia Business School. Paul has spent the last ten years working through how to effectively focus actions to build teams, collaborate for mutual gain, exceed goals, and maintain a sense of humor in all circumstances.

If you want to achieve more with your talents and potential, or with the talents and potential of your team, this is a 'must do' workshop. Leave energized and ready to take action, or you may request a full refund. We provide everything needed - notebook, pen, light snacks and beverages. Additionally, with the workshop fee you receive complementary admission to RISD Art Museum to explore their inspiring collection before or after the workshop.
