Description

We are so thrilled to welcome chef Michael Scelfo into the Formaggio Kitchen classroom! Michael is the chef and owner of the tremendously popular Alden & Harlow and Waypoint, plus the forthcoming Longfellow Bar in Harvard Square. Michael is known for his bold and flavor forward food featuring seasonal ingredients. And although he understands the rules of classic flavors and techniques, he also embraces breaking the rules -especially when it comes to cheese. Cooking with the prized, seasonal, Rush Creek Reserve? When he's not torching it, he's breading and deep-frying it!

In this spirit, we're inviting Chef Scelfo to spend an evening breaking the rules. You will be served a series of rule-breaking dishes while learning how a master chef conceives of imaginative, delicious new food. As always, your tasting will be thoughtfully paired with beverages. This is a rare opportunity to learn and taste how a master chef successfully breaks the rules!
