Women's Presence and Voices in the Professional World

Monday, March 30

5:30–7:00 p.m.

Kogod Student Lounge

In this panel discussion, representatives from Kogod’s Center for Business Communications and Kogod alumnae will talk about how women can amplify each other’s voices in a professional world that is still predominantly white and male, how to approach speech patterns such as vocal fry and upspeak that are typically considered “unprofessional” when used by women, and how a woman’s visible appearance can affect her career.

Kogod has been empowering women to have powerful conversations since 1955. Please join us as we empower a new generation of women to become change-makers.
