Our inagural events explore "breaking into the business." When Founder Sarah LaFleur started M.M. LAFLEUR, a clothing brand for the purposeful woman, she had a defined vision for the company, but had never worked in fashion. The biggest question was where to start. In an effort to demystify what it takes to break into an industry, we've invited some of New York's top leaders in food and drink to share their advice (over cocktails and hors d'oeuvres of course). We hope you can join us.

M.M. LAFLEUR is a New York based luxury clothing line designed with the purposeful woman in mind and sold exclusively online.
Many of the dresses use wrinkle-resistant, stain-resistant, machine washable materials from Japan, as well as elegant and luxurious Italian jersey that is as comfortable as pajamas--perfect for a style-conscious woman on the go. Dresses are sold for $225-295, online and through trunk shows. In November 2013, the company expanded the collection to include luxury knitwear, scarves and leather belts.
