From Wright Patterson to Webster Station join us for a dialogue between two men who helped shape Dayton’s perception of physical structures by turning them into tools designed to harvest innovation, team work and synergy.

Jason Woodard, Principal of Woodard Development has over 15 years of commercial real estate experience serving corporate clients, institutional clients and governmental clients. Armed with innovative thinking, experience in real estate strategies, operational assessments, efficient contracting and project management – Woodard Development is leading the charge in revitalizing Webster Station - with their contribution of working to transform it into Dayton’s innovation district with 444 in the heart of it all.

Wade Brower, retired engineer, was most recently the Senior Principal Facility Engineer for the Materials and Manufacturing Directorate at the Air Force Research Laboratory. Wade who received his bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Cal State Sacramento and his master’s Degree from Air Force Institute of Technology in Engineering Management has performed construction design, oversight, and planning of military facilities in 15 different states as well as in Afghanistan and Iraq.
