About this event
Come gather with us on Saturday, December 3rd for our first fund raiser in the new Jane Ashford Dining Hall. All proceeds go directly to the Camp supporting it's unique decentralized program serving children from all walks of life. Besides a wonderful breakfast, enjoy a mug of hot cocoa around our fire pit, write a letter to Santa , make an ornament and enjoy other fun activities. Each family or table will be called for a special time with the big guy. All adults receive a special "refreshment" ticket. Photos will be taken by the staff and made avaliable at no cost, but feel free to take your own as well. All parties will be seated together but with the possibilty of sharing tables.
Important to note: In trying to keep ticket buying fees down we are not able to add a 2nd "free" ticket for children 2 and under, or get the names of ticketed children. In order for us to aquire this information there will be a Google Form link on your confirmation page to enter this information. We cannot guarentee a space for a free child if you do not complete this form.
