The Bad Rap of Accountability
Express Employment Professionals of Grand Rapids personally invites you to join us for a morning of breakfast, networking and training.
Come to the next Breakfast with Purpose and learn how accountability can be a foundational building block that serves to build teams and the organization as a whole. Many leaders struggle with holding their teams accountable. And let's face it, for those being held accountable, it often feels like correction and consequences. But what would happen if we looked at accountability in a different light? In this training we will discuss how to integrate accountability as a critical process for your leaders and team members, resulting in increased trust and engagement in your organization.
