Kyle Passkiewicz, the President of YellowBird, is a Jacksonville native. His 15 years of experience spans investments ranging from single family homes, land development, hard money lending, home building, home staging and rental portfolio management. He enjoys fishing, Jaguar & Gator football, and traveling with his wife Erin, daughter Haisley, and son Boomer.

When YellowBird began, Kyle wanted a way to connect with local real estate professionals in a more casual setting: Breakfast With Kyle. He saw the advantages of getting just a few like-minded individuals together to talk shop over a cup of coffee.
