Billy "Tripping Billy" Zureikat is coming to The Center on November 9th to make you breakfast! Billy will be here slinging breakfast tacos with his giardiniera salsa.

Choose from bacon, egg, and cheese tacos or migas tacos: scrambled eggs, onion, poblano peppers, and crumbled tortilla chips with your choise of giardiniera salsa. Billy will also be sampling his salsas, so you can buy a jar (or a few) to take with you!

Caruso Provisions x Tripping Billy Giardiniera Salsa is a collaboration with Chicago pop-up chef and muscular dystrophy advocate Billy "Tripping Billy" Zureikat. It is made with the finest selection of tomatoes, peppers, vegetables, and spices, blended into a smooth and flavorful salsa.
