A Tuesday morning weekly breakfast series from the Yale Entrepreneurial Institute focused on Yale Women Innovators that is designed to foster discussion, idea sharing, best practices, business fundamentals, networking and team-building opportunities among Yale women students, alumni, faculty and staff interested in entrepreneurship at any level.

Come enjoy a light breakfast, hot coffee and a lot of illuminating discussion from fellow Yale women who have made inroads in starting companies, or who are just setting foot on the path. Select dates will feature guest speakers to lead casual discussion and Q&As.

April 12 - Ellen Su: CEO and Co-founder of Wellinks - a wearable health technology dedicated to improving clinical outcomes through education and creation of good habits around treatment.

April 19 - Anne MacDonald: YEI Mentor and Marketing and Business Development Executive from Traveler’s, Macy’s and Citigroup.

April 26 - Priscila Bala: The Director of the Mentor Network discusses "Making the Most of Mentoring Relationships."

May 3 - Nicole Gravagna, PhD: a neuroscientist and author (including co-author of Venture Capital for Dummies) who advises companies on equity fundraising.

May 10 - Nicole Bucala, How women lead: overcoming your fears and taking charge, CEO of MIFCOR, who was recently received a "Woman of Innovation" award for entrepreneurial innovation and leadership. http://m.huffpost.com/us/entry/why-women-dont-lead_b_9825286.html

May 17 - Cass Walker Harvey, Social and Environmental Innovation Program Manager at YEI, leads a discussion on women and risk-taking.

May 24 - Jennifer Good, President and CEO of Trevi Therapeutics who has extensive experience in building a successful startup.

May 31 - Wanting Zhang, YEI '14 , cofounder of New Haven's own Junzi Kitchen, which is offering a radically different approach to Chinese takeout. Wanting will talk about why a startup is the best career path for a woman and how she used resources at YEI to build her business.

June 7 - Jessica Cole, Entrepreneur and School District Coordinator at Panorama Education. Jessica, a Yale alum, has helped grow a successful ed-tech startup from the ground up.

June 14 - Julie Vance, Communication Consultant. In this session, Julie will discuss the game changer for presenters and venture teams: intonation. Participants will learn how tone patterns and other aspects of delivery, such as body language and speech speed influence listeners and how to use these elements to promote their ideas.

June 21 - Sarah Biggerstaff, SOM Lecturer in the Practice of Leadership, discussing "How to Give and Receive Feedback."

June 28 - Alena Gribskov, Cofounder of CodeSail, discusses "Owning the Room... Your Way: Thoughts on Presentation, Power, and Style for Women Entrepreneurs." Alena will share her observations from advising hundreds of student entrepreneurs at the Yale Entrepreneurial Institute and from her own experience as the cofounder of CodeSail, an 8-week programming and entrepreneurship bootcamp. **Optional 1/2 hour discussion of Women Innovator Group mission/goals to follow!**

July 12 - NO MEETING due to Yale-NYU Pitchoff in NYC.

July 19 - Tracy George, MPH, CHES from Student Wellness at Yale Health. Mindfulness and meditation practice is all the rage recently (and for the past 2500 years). Join us to learn what it is, how it can alleviate stress and increase joy.
