Anders Frostenson, CEO and co-founder of Sweet Studio
Sweet Studio is a Venture Capital Studio that partners with entrepreneurs to build, launch and scale new technology companies. Prior to Sweet Studio, Mr. Frostenson was the founder and President of design agency Doberman’s New York office. The agency's New York clients includes Google, Spotify, IBM, and New York City DoITT.

Prior to joining Doberman in 2007, Mr. Frostenson developed product and services strategy for Hutchison Whampoa Ltd in London and Stockholm. He has also worked with international client development and strategy for Stockholm Design Lab. Mr. Frostenson is an editorial Board Member of the Journal of Brand Strategy. He has a B.A. in Language and Literature from Stockholm University.


Bita Yazdani, CEO and CO-Founder of Lead Human

Carl Pihlgren, Head of TAX EY Sweden, Certified Tax Advisor and Director of Swedish American Chamber of Commerce New York
Carl was employed by EY (Sweden) 1995. Before joining EY Carl worked for the Administrative Court of Appeal in Gothenburg. Carl is a graduate from the University of Lund with a degree of Master of Laws and from Queen Mary College, University of London with a Master of Laws in European Law. Carl is mainly working with Swedish and foreign multinational companies, in- and outbound investments and also with international mergers and acquisitions.

Carl worked for EY in New York during 2001-2002 & 2008-2010 advising Swedish companies who wanted to set up a business in the US and New York.


Pia Gideon, Chairperson Klövern & ActionAid
Pia has spent over 20 years working with leadership, board assignments, change management, and executive coaching. Gideon began her career in banking as a financial analyst and went on to spend ten years as a business reporter before pursuing a career at Ericsson from 1998-2008. Today she has board assignments in Apoteket AB and Metria as well as in startups such as, Min Doktor.se and Qlucore.

She was recently appointed Chairperson of the real estate company Klövern, as well as Chairperson of ActionAid Sweden. She received her post-graduate degree in economics from the Stockholm School of Economics and executive training from Columbia University and Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. In addition, Pia is a CTI-trained Executive Coach.


Pontus Axelsson, Founder & CEO of Bontouch
Pontus Axelsson is a long-time entrepreneur and founder of multiple startups in Europe and in North America. He holds a Master of Science in computer science from the Royal Institute of Technology, as well as several design and technology patents in Europe and the United States.

He currently runs the award-winning product innovation agency Bontouch. Bontouch partners with brands such as Post-it® and Coca-Cola to create world-class apps for their consumers. With 80 designers and engineers on staff, Bontouch serves clients in North America, Europe and China from three studios in New York, London, and Stockholm. Today, the products that Bontouch helps create are used by more than 50 million people in 196 countries.


Sidney N. Weiss, Founder and Managing Partner of The Law Offices of Sidney N. Weiss
Sidney N. Weiss is a distinguished attorney in private practice in New York. He represents large, medium and smaller companies from different industries and countries. He specializes in international trade, and investment, focusing on areas of custom and trade, export controls, sanctions, international, commercial and corporate litigation and issues relating startups and high technology companies.

He began his career as a trial attorney with the United States Department of Justice and is the former president of the Customs and International Bar Association. He is also a former long-time member of the Council of the International Bar Association, Vice President of the American Foreign Law Association and Vice Chair of the American Bar Association’s Section on International Law’s Litigation and Customs Law Committees.
