Speakers:
Christine Sahadi Whelan is the culinary director of Sahadi's and a fourth-generation co-owner. She is the author of Flavors of the Sun: The Sahadi’s Guide to Understanding, Buying, and Using Middle Eastern Ingredients (Chronicle Books, 2021).
Andrew Cotto is an award-winning author of seven novels and a regular contributor to the New York Times, Italy Magazine, Brooklyn Magazine, Rachael Ray In Season, AARP, and La Cucina Italiana. Andrew is also the Editor-in-Chief of Italian America magazine.
Christa Lynch is the Founder and Executive Chef of Brooklyn Braised. Brooklyn Braised is an elevated comfort food catering concept helping all people, no matter the zip code, rethink food—from the ingredients and vendors to the cuisine and leftovers.
