Breakfast event on the topic of Strategic Leadership
Tuesday, May 7, 2013 from 7:30 AM to 9:00 AM (EDT)
This is a special and exclusive invitation for you to join a select group of your peers for breakfast on Tuesday, May 7th 2013, for an event I am hosting on the topic of Strategic Leadership. This private session will focus on the unique and significant best practices I have discovered for creating an environment where everyone acts as an owner of the organization. We will gather from 7:30-9:00 AM at the Commerce Club in the Oxford Exchange in downtown Tampa. The address is 2nd floor, 420 West Kennedy Boulevard, Tampa 33606.
You will walk away with easy to implement ideas to:
Clarify and communicate your strategy so it becomes a daily operating template
Serve as an exemplar and motivator of your strategic intent
Inspire and engage employees to make their maximum contribution
Focus on key leadership behaviors that drive growth
Reduce wasted effort and unproductive work in your organization
Join me along with Barry Shevlin who is the CEO of Vology. He says, “Maintaining strategic focus and providing leadership are two of the most important issues facing organizations today.” Also attending is Vick Seth, Managing Director at Raymond James. He explains that this topic is “Critical to reaching our goals and impacts every employee in our organization.”
This is a private invitation, so we are unable to accept substitutions. If you know of additional executives who wish to accompany you to this event, please contact me to ensure we have room.
Space is limited, so please register here or at 813.254.1786. We will confirm your participation and make sure you have all the logistical information you need.
I look forward to having you join us May 7th.
