Event Details

Learn where to invest, which sectors and markets offer the best prospects and trends in the capital markets that will affect real estate January 13 at USD. Mitch Roschelle, partner and real estate advisory leader at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), will deliver PwC's highly anticipated Emerging Trends in Real Estate Report, now in its 38th year, at the Burnham-Moores Center for Real Estate's (BMC) next installment of its Breakfast at the BMC lecture series. The report is one of the oldest and most highly regarded annual industry outlook for the real estate and land use industry.

The Breakfast at the BMC lecture series was launched by the BMC in 2007 to showcase extraordinary real estate leaders and to address current issues that affect the real estate industry. Past speakers include philanthropist Ernest Rady, former MLB Commissioner Peter Ueberroth, JMI Realty’s John Kratzer and Janet Yellen, chair of the Federal Reserve. Real estate topics have included economic development’s impact on real estate and infrastructure needs to support real estate expansion and regional housing affordability issues.

FAQs

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

New event parking information for the University of San Diego campus as of September 1, 2016:
We will provide complimentary "metered parking" in the West Parking Structure on campus for all non-university affiliated attendees.

Attendees shall enter the USD campus at the "Marion Way"/West Entrance at the bottom of the hill on Linda Vista Road. Take your first left just after the kiosk booth (you do not need to stop at the kiosk booth unless you need directions). On the way to the parking structure, you will see a BMC representative handing out event parking passes. ATTENDEES MUST PICK UP AN EVENT PARKING PERMIT FROM THE BMC REPRESENTATIVE AT THE STOP SIGN NEAR THE TRAM STOP (MAIN LEVEL OF THE WEST PARKING STRUCTURE). The BMC representative will have signage. Place the parking permit on your dashboard so it is visible to avoid a parking citation. Once parked, proceed to the USD tram marked “Special Event” which will take you to and from the venue.

Please be sure to allow plenty of time for parking and check-in. If attending this event with colleagues or friends, we strongly encourage carpooling to the event.

What is the refund policy?
Full refunds will be provided for cancellations received with written e-mail notification by January 6, 2017. No refunds will be provided for any cancellations after January 6, 2017.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
Fees paid for attendance to the January 13th Breakfast at the BMC event are transferable to another attendee of your choice with written e-mail notification to dice@sandiego.edu within 48 business hours of the conference.

Where can I contact the organizer with any questions?
