Barbara’s career has been in Human Resources and Organization Development at Fortune 100 companies. She earned her BA in Biology from Williams College, MA in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and Professional Coach Certifications from the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC), International Coach Federation (ICF) and the Life Mastery Institute.
As a Career / Retirement / Life Coach, trainer/facilitator and HR Consultant, Barbara has worked with hundreds of clients inside and outside organizations to support their professional and personal goals.
