Breads, Soups and Stews

As the weather grow colder its nice to have a comforting bowl of soup and a nice loaf of bread to keep the chill at bay. This class will focus on creating some quick loaves of bread and some not so quick. We'll also make some delicious soups that are practically a meal in themselves.
Irish Soda Bread
Whole Wheat Country Bread
Pan de Meil
Carrot and Ginger Soup
Oxtail and Barley
Cost is $85. Class begins at 5pm and lasts approximately 3 hours.
