CrossFit King of Prussia is proud to host our 2nd Annual Brawl in the Fall,a male/female partner competition offering RX, Scaled, and Masters Divisions!

Male/Female Partners
Masters Divisions are: 35-44, 45-54, 55+

Can your duo be the best in the 'burbs? **CASH PRIZES for 1st place teams in RX, Scaled, and Masters**

Co-Ed teams of 1 man and 1 woman will compete in three challenging events. The top teams will move on to an unannounced final championship event.

Cost is $150 per two person team.

Registration will be capped at 50 teams.

Masters Divisions will all require full range of motion for all movements! Expect loads/reps to be scaled similarly to what we've seen during the Open. Meaning, 35-44 will likely be the same movements/reps/weights. 45-54 will be slightly scaled, and 55+ will be scaled further.

RX Division, 35-44- workout weights and movement standards (all weights listed are for reps):

20lb/14lb Wallball

24in/20in Box Jump

135/95lb Snatch

135lb/95lb Shoulder-to-Overhead

55/35# American KB Swing

275lb/185lb Deadlift

Full ROM for all bodyweight movements

Double-unders

Ability to perform most advanced gymnastics movements (chest-to-bar pull ups, handstand push ups, toes-to-bars, muscle ups, pistols, ring dips) Please note, if muscle ups are included not all team members will need to do them. Partners will be able to share work, so you can take advantage of the strengths of each person!

Scaled Division, Masters 45-54: PLEASE NOTE, AT LEAST 1 PARTNER WILL NEED KIPPING PULL-UPS AND DOUBLE UNDERS
