Explore what it takes to thrive as a transracial/transcultural family.

Have you adopted or fostered a child of a different race or ethnicity?

Are you contemplating doing so?

Are you kin or fictive kin raising a transracial/transcultural child?

If you answered yes to one or more of the questions above, please join us for Taking the Long View: Thriving as a Transracial/Transculutral Family workshop, which will take place on Saturday, September 21st from 9:30 am – 3:30 pm, in Brattleboro.

Adoptive, guardianship, kinship, and foster families will learn what it takes to thrive as a transracial/transcultural family and develop parenting strategies.

Whether you are parenting an infant, a child, or a teenager—or thinking about it—this workshop will further develop your awareness, knowleddge, and skills, increasing your confidence and helping to make your family stronger.
