Who we are:

Jeffrey Candelaria is Founder of Konnection LLC, former V.P. Corporate Sponosrhip & Membership Albuquerque Hispano Chamber of Commerce, former Market Dev. Bank of the West, and UNM alum. Jeffrey has generated more than $50 million in direct sales utilizing the principles of: Trust, Authenticity and Commitment. Jeffrey has also been recognized as one of the three most connected people in business (Business First 2014) and hosts the NM business focused "The Jeffrey Candelaria Show" on 94.5 FM/770 AM News Radio KKOB.

Michael Barrio is a communications and branding specialist with extensive experience in the credit union, entertainment, and high-tech industries. He spent several years in Los Angeles, CA gaining critical expertise in corporate human resources, organizational development & alignment, and media relations during his tenure at The Walt Disney Company & Yahoo!, Inc. Michael also taught at New Mexico State University as an adjunct professor in Business & Professional Communication, Technical & Scientific Communication, Contemporary Identity Politics, and all levels of composition. He is passionate about professional and corporate ethics and remains a continuing Daniels Fund Ethics Initiative Fellow and advocate. Michael is an NMSU alum and earned his terminal degree in Rhetoric & Professional Communication.
