About the speakers
- Emmett Shine is Co-Founder and Executive Creative Director at Pattern Brands, a multi-brand consumer goods company owned and operated under one roof, with each of its brands working together toward one mission: to help our generation find more enjoyment in daily life. They are creating a family of purposeful brands with products and guidance that inspire you to learn, explore, and lay the foundation for a more present life. Each brand provides the essentials to make, shape, and grow a home — the center of daily life. Prior to Pattern, Emmett lead Gin Lane, an agency with early-stage brand development partnerships including Hims, Sweetgreen, Cadre, Quip, Haus, SmileDirectClub (IPO), Harry’s (acq. by Edgewell), Stadium Goods (acq. by Farfetch), & more.
- Hayley Raymond is Associate Director, Brand Marketing at Hellofresh, America’s #1 meal kit. She manages HelloFresh's three-brand portfolio: HelloFresh (flagship brand), Green Chef (USDA-certified organic meal kit), and EveryPlate (value-focused meal kit). Hayley led the brand repositioning of Green Chef and EveryPlate, launched new products like occasion-based boxes and weekly add-ons, and partnered with celebrities like Jessica Alba, Hilary Duff and Lauren Conrad. Previously, she worked as a Brand and Digital Strategist with clients in Hospitality, CPG and FinTech at Havas Creative.
- Tyler Riewer is Head of Creative at charity:water, a nonprofit organization on a mission to bring clean water to every person on the planet. Tyler is passionate about storytelling, and incorporates story into his work, creating brand messages that connect. Prior to joining the charity: water team, he spent nine years in advertising, creating content for brands like Red Bull, Nike and A&E.
