Speaker Bios

Chelsea Minor, Director of Public Relations & Public Affairs for Raley’s. In her role, she develops and executes the company’s public relations and public affairs strategies. She manages Raley’s brand and external communication, including media, blogs, social media, and community relations. Chelsea previously worked for KP Public Affairs, supporting California companies with public affairs and public relations services, specializing in local outreach in California communities, creating statewide coalitions and media relations. Prior to her agency experience, Chelsea was a fellow in the Jesse M. Unruh Assembly Fellowship Program and worked for the California State Assembly for several years before moving to the private sector. Chelsea graduated from California State University Stanislaus with a degree in Social Science and completed her Masters in Business Administration for Executives at California State University Sacramento.

Scot Crocker, Co-Founder of the Sacramento agency, Crocker & Crocker, has 25 years of experience building branding strategies for corporate, government, nonprofits, associations and projects. He’s seen it all. His marketing and branding successes include VSP Global, YMCA, cities of Roseville and Elk Grove, PackageOne, Lionakis, Mountain Mike’s Pizza, Gilbert Associates and Caltrans. He’s crafted more than 250 different brands and brand strategies.

Keith Parker, VP of Marketing and Communications, is responsible for driving economic growth in the Greater Sacramento area through high-impact marketing campaigns. Through this role, Keith engages extensively with Greater Sacramento’s stakeholder community to deliver joint-promotional campaigns. He leads all live and digital marketing initiatives for the organization. Keith’s impact is typically marked by significant stakeholder engagement and collaboration across a broad spectrum of public and private sector entities. He has led joint engagements with over 150 organizations, including The White House, The UAE’s Prime Minister’s Office, The Clinton Foundation, The UAE’s Ministry of Climate Change and Environment, IRENA, Boeing, Lockheed Martin, GE, Maersk, BP, Siemens, Engie, UNEP, and many others.
