Event description

Description

Retail stores (online and brick & mortar), restaurants, hotel owners, hospitality managers, wedding planners, and even casinos have one thing in common: providing a memorable customer experience is key in growing their business. In order for you to be successful, your customers, in a way, must also be successful. But how does one in a customer-centric industry measure a successful encounter with their customers? How can they grow? This workshop will answer these questions and more for those in the world of hospitality.

Our workshop caters to companies who want to define their target audience, expand their reach, and build a tribe of advocates who will sing your business’s praises from the rooftops.

Upon registering, you’ll be prompted to answer a branding assessment questionnaire. Once you arrive at the workshop, you’ll have a confidential full analysis of your company’s brand customized just for you with feedback from our strategic and creative team. Elements include:

  • Website grade and analysis

  • Social media observations

  • Media buy analysis

  • Logo/brand standards analysis

  • Opportunity to share challenges, concerns, or questions you want to hear more about in our workshop

The workshop will cover a variety of topics to help business owners identify their target audience, adjust their messaging to resonate with potential clients, and review the best touchpoints to execute your strategy moving forward.

Topics include:

Identifying your audience: hint, it’s not everyone.

In this workshop we help to pinpoint who your target audience is. What makes them tick? What’re their lifestyle habits? What motivates them to purchase? We’ll dive into these questions and more in discussing this topic.

Feelings over Features: Tell Your Story

The reason you opened your business is because there was nothing else like it in the community. Your product or service was missing, and now you provide it. In this session, we’ll be talking about your story, the customer experience, and how emotional connections are the driving force of a brand advocacy.

Media Madness

TV, radio, social, digital, newspaper, is Yellow Pages even a thing? This session will cover the ins and outs of media and how best to spend, and if it’s even a good fit for you.

Website

We will teach you the essentials and why your website needs to serve as more than just a brochure, but also as an important member of your sales team.

Messaging Mayhem

Through this session, we discuss the importance of saying the right words to the right people. Your brand has a voice, and we are here to help you find it.

Sticking to Schedules

Our team members will work with you in scheduling out a content calendar and plan for the next quarter. This will include social media, digital media, traditional media, PR, and other events to boost your business. You’ll leave with a schedule in hand that you and your team will be ready to roll out.
