Although implementation of the Affordable Care Act (also called 'Obamacare') will occur in stages, it is the law of the land and different provisions of the ACA apply to businesses of different sizes.

Our guest expert is Dr. Forney W. Fleming, from the University of Texas at Dallas School of Management. An orthopedic surgeon by training, Dr. Fleming created and directs UT Dallas' MS in Healthcare Management Program. His new initiative is to make UT Dallas the go-to center for North Texas small and medium-size businesses looking for help in responding to changes wrought by national healthcare reform legislation.
